A Queensland woman is sporting bruises on her arm after being arrested outside a cafe where she was accused of refusing to provide police with her vaccination status.

The 46-year-old woman’s arrest was captured on video by cafe owner Matt Straight on Wednesday.
Mr Straight, who runs the Hervey Bay General Store, says the customer voluntarily left the business and repeatedly told police she was willing to provide her name and address but declined providing her medical records.
The footage shows the woman, known as Rebecca, walk out of the cafe when police entered to check patrons had been vaccinated.
“You can’t arrest me,” Rebecca tells the five police officers as they attempt to put her in the back of a police van.
“I’m happy to show you my information.”
