Joining the ranks of the Swine Flu and Influenza vaccines, a new FDA warning has been issued for the J & J vaccine, which has just been granted provisional approval in Australia by the TGA.
Johnson and Johnson have already paid out almost 5 billion in damages in the last 20 years or so, with Attorney General Eric Holder stating they “recklessly put at risk the health of some of the most vulnerable members of our society — including young children, the elderly and the disabled” for their marketing of the anti-psychotic Risperdal.
And who could forget the shocking Asbestos in baby powder scandal, where they KNEW - for decades - that their baby powder was contaminated with asbestos, but did nothing. After multiple cases, largely ignored by both the legal and medical establishments, J & J continued to blame its losses on juror confusion, “junk” science, unfair court rules and overzealous lawyers.
Until recently, even the American Cancer Society accepted the industry’s position, saying on its website: “All talcum products used in homes have been asbestos-free since the 1970s.”
Finally, a third verdict, in St. Louis broadened J&J’s potential liability with 22 plaintiffs the first to succeed with a claim that asbestos-tainted baby powder and 'Shower to Shower talc', a longtime brand the company sold in 2012, caused ovarian cancer, which is much more common than mesothelioma.
The jury awarded them $4.69 billion in damages. Most of the talc cases were brought by women with ovarian cancer who say they regularly used J&J talc products as a perineal antiperspirant and deodorant.
With an abysmal track record, almost matching that of 'habitual offender' Pfizer, it's simply astounding that anyone would EVEN CONSIDER taking a vaccine that has NOT gone through the full approval process, yet here we are ... more than likely with another round of victims in waiting.
But no need to worry, "the risk is very low" we are told by J & J.
