As current NSW restrictions prevent the unvaccinated from attending ANY 'non-essential' business including gyms, it's a safe assumption that this 'outbreak' was spread among the vaccinated.

Meanwhile in Victoria, the Andrews dictatorship has done a complete backflip after Daniel Andrews threatened the unvaccinated with being locked out of social participation:
“Whether it’s a bookshop, a shoe shop, a pub, café, a restaurant, the MCG, the list goes on and on. You will not be able to participate like a fully vaccinated person because you’re not a fully vaccinated person,” he said.
Just hours later, the Andrews government suddenly announced a grace period with shoppers 'allowed' into retail for a one month period before being locked out - presumably indefinitely.

This looks like nothing more than a plan to cover the tracks of an ineffective and dangerous jab, as we have mentioned before, the problem with separating the vaxxed and unvaxxed, is that it will soon become apparent who the super spreaders are.
With NSW implementing a vaccine passport check-in system for mere weeks, due to end on December 1st, it looks as though the same tactic is coming into play.
In the last few weeks, the ratios of unvaccinated vs. vaccinated hospitalisation data has been noticeably absent from the CHO's reports. If the vaccine really is effective at reducing hospitalisations, surely this is an important piece of data to get those remaining unvaccinated over the line? Or is the data revealing something else?
